North Dakota MediQHome Project
The North Dakota MediQHome Project represents a partnership between North Dakota State University (NDSU), Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND), Thrifty White Drug Stores, OutcomesMTM, and Prime Therapeutics. The North Dakota Institute of Pharmaceutical Care at NDSU will administer the grant and evaluate the project's clinical, economic, and quality outcomes. The research objective is to evaluate how medication management services provided by community pharmacists impact health outcomes, patient satisfaction and cost in a patient-centered medical home. The goal is to achieve a fully-integrated medication home within MediQHome, inclusive of community pharmacists serving patients. This two year project is funded by the National Association of Chain Drug Stores Foundation.
