The ASHP Fellow designation recognizes excellence in pharmacy practice in acute and ambulatory care settings. “Fellows of ASHP are recognized for excelling in pharmacy practice while distinguishing themselves through service and contributions to ASHP,” according to the group’s website.

To be eligible for the designation, fellows must:

  • be involved and committed to educating practitioners and others
  • demonstrate active involvement and leadership in ASHP

Those who receive the designation must have at least 10 years of professional service to pharmacy practice in acute or ambulatory care settings.
