It provided a great foundation of knowledge and skills to be successful in the professional public health field.

Current Position

How are you impacting the health of your region?

As a Communicable Disease Specialist, I work on Tuberculosis (TB) contact investigations, education for the public and other health professionals, and help with screening and care of TB patients. My position works to help identify areas of the community that may need education and screening to help decrease the incidence and prevalence of TB. I also research ways to better serve our population and how to better care for our patients with TB in our clinic and community.
