Dr. Laam serves as the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst for Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania.  Dr. Laam has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare settings to improve safety and quality of patient care, coach clinical teams, evaluate team and organizational safety culture, and consult leadership on data-driven operational decision-making.  Dr. Laam has presented at national and international conferences for various organizations, including the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the American Nursing Association, and the Dartmouth Microsystem Academy.
