INBRE Summer Undergraduate Research Program 2018

Save the Dates for INBRE’s SURP 2018!  This year’s program will run June 4-15, 2018 at NDSU.   

The 2 week program has many benefits such as being featured in the monthly newsletter and networking with faculty-researchers and student-researchers.  This year, students will have the option to earn college credit for participation in the program. 

The program includes the following activities:  

 

  • An introduction to public health
  • Lab tours
  • Faculty-mentor pairing
  • Case study and research ethics training
  • An introduction to indigenous research methods
  • Writing workshops
  • Professional development 
  • Team building 
  • Final oral or poster presentation 

INBRE covers the costs of meals, housing, travel assistance, and a stipend, and the course credit (optional).
