Title. The Geometry of Escher.

Abstract. Maurits Cornelis Escher is well known for his tesselations and otherwise geometrically interesting graphical work.  I will describe some of the underlying geometry to be found in such works as his Circle Limit series or his Regular Divisions of the Plane.
