1. A fee of $80.00 is to be paid to Mrs. Murray, Room 218 Stevens Hall, by Friday September 20th. The fee is confirmation that you will participate in the trip and once paid can not be reimbursed.

2. Notify other instructors that you will be absent from their classes. Please see me if you need a letter.

3. Get your equipment together for the trip (see the checklist).

4. Assemble in Stevens Parking Lot at 8:00 am, Thursday, October 3rd

5. Return on the evening of Sunday, October 6th at about 9:00 p.m.
