- Male cercus thumb-shaped.
- Furculae very short.
- Subanal plate evenly rounded.
- Ovipositor with a weak dorsal tooth.
- Female cercus triangular with convex sides.
- Face brown in frontal view.
- Black post-ocular stripe reaches metazona.
- White lateral crescent stops at metazona, fades to gray on gena.
- Hind femur with cross bands.
- Later instars show characteristic male hind femur shape.
- Later instars show characteristic male cercus shape.
