Schinia hulstia Tepper 1883

Common name: listed here as ‘Hulst flower moth.’

Hodges#: 11193.

Identification: Rfw 13.1 mm, fore tibial setae fused to form massive inner ‘claw,’ ground color white, hw with broad fuscous border enclosing white marginal spot-band.

Similar species: 11190.1, 11192, 11195, and 11199.

Distribution: Great Plains from North Dakota to Texas, in south ranging eastward to Arkansas and westward to California.

Hosts: unknown.
