Common name: Listed here as 'Broad-streaked looper moth.'

Hodges #: 8952.

Identification: Rfw 14.4 mm, fw metallic orange-brown with apical silvery patch and oblong bilobed stigma, discal cell without silver, fw inner margin not concave before tornus.

Similar species: 8907, 8950, 8953.

Distribution: southern Canada and temperate U. S., east of the Rockies.

Hosts: Larvae feed on Poaceae– grasses.
