Lithacodia albidula (Guenée 1852)

Common name: Listed here as ‘Pale glyph.’

Hodges #: 9048.

Identification: Rfw 10.6 mm, fw venation quadrifid, palpi as long as head, each segment gray, white basally. Frons with divided white tuft, proboscis without scales.

Similar species: 4949, 7164, 7169, 8450.

Distribution: southern Canada and northern United States.

Hosts: Larvae feed on grasses– Poaceae.
