Type Species: Acuticeps niger Cachan, 1952, by original designation.

Tribal Placement: Cachan originally placed this genus in the Halyini; no one else has dealt with this genus.

Included Species:
niger Cachan, 1952

Comments: This genus is presently monotypic, the only known species, niger, being endemic to Madagascar.
