Campus and Outgoing mail are picked up at least once daily from your building. Each buildings’ designated pick up time and drop off/pick up spot differ from building to building. If you are not sure of where that is, ask your department head.
Outgoing mail that needs postage is to be bundled together with a COMPLETED Mailer Record. (If you need to reorder the Mailer Records, you can do that through Copy and Print Services). Your postage will be uploaded and charged to your department through PeopleSoft monthly.
Each department on campus will have both a P.O. Box (mailing/billing address) and a campus address (physical address).
NDSU does not have a regular US Postal Service mail route on campus. All of the mail is sent to a P.O. Box.
Your P.O. Box address should look like the following example:

If you are located on campus and NOT using this address format, your mail will be returned to the sender.
Physical/Shipping Address - UPS, Fed Ex, Etc.
You will need your physical address for UPS, Fed Ex, or other large deliveries. If you do not know what your physical address is, your building number is located on the front of your building in the middle of a red circle that says “Emergency Building Number.” Your physical address is NOT your building name and room number. It will be an actual street address.
