Unit Records Coordinators

Unit records coordinators are the unit liaisons with the Records Management Coordinator. The Role and Responsibilities of Unit Records Coordinators

Information Sessions

The session will be offered on three occasions:

  1. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2 – 3 p.m., Memorial Union’s Arikara Room
  2. Thursday, Aug. 10, 10 – 11 a.m., Memorial Union’s Arikara Room
  3. Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2 – 3 p.m., via video, in room 422 of the Quentin Burdick Building:

    • by Friday, Aug. 11, please email and let us know which room we should add to the connection for you, or if you prefer to dial in from your office
    • you’re welcome to attend this session in person; keep in mind that seating is limited

The agenda will include:

  1. Introduction of the new ND Information Technology Department (ITD) Records Management Website
  2. Demonstration of the access and search functions within the ND ITD Records Management Website: this resource is replacing the static Records Retention Schedule spreadsheets
  3. Introduce the new Records Disposal Forms
  4. Q&A
