Poster and Mailbox Stuffer Guide: Please fully read and follow the policies and procedures for the distribution of materials in the Residence Halls .

  • If approved for posters, please provide the following quantity: 33 TOTAL (15 for residence halls, 18 for apartments)
  • If approved for mailbox stuffers, please use the following breakdown of numbers per hall: Burgum (85), Churchill (106), Niskanen (62), Dinan (84), LLC East (166), LLC West (166), Pavek (265), Reed/Johnson (250), Seim (295), Sevrinson (275), Stockbridge (125), Thompson (275), Weible (185). TOTAL: 2339

Code of Student Conduct: Rights and Responsibilities of Community: A Code of Student Conduct is the document that sets forth expectations of student behavior at NDSU. Students who need to complete a release form in order for Residence Life staff to discuss discipline incidents with parents my download the form here.
