2023-2024 Apartment License Agreement Renewal
Your current license agreement expires May 31, 2022. If you plan on living with us past this date, you need to renew your license agreement. If you are vacating at the end of the semester, please disregard the below information.
Failure to renew your license agreement does not excuse you from having to give the 60-day vacating notice. License agreement renewal forms need to be submitted no later than May 31, 2022. Failure to complete this renewal form by the established deadline will result in a hold being place on your University account.

You may also review the rental rates for the 2023-2024 license agreement term. Note, there were no rate increases from the 2020-2021 academic year. Rental rates are per apartment; individual rent amounts will vary based on the number of tenants in your apartment.
The 2022-2023 license agreement and rates will take effect June 1, 2023.
