Office of Public Relations
The Executive Commissioner and Assistant Executive Commissioner of Public Relations maintain internal and external relations on behalf of NDSU Student Government with students, administration, the community and the government. The commission works to increase awareness of Student Government and the programs and opportunities it provides to students. In addition, the Public Relations Commission works with student organizations to provide on-campus advertising in the form of Digital Signage and MATBUS posters. Commission members get first hand experience in planning and executing public relations tactics in a learning-friendly environment.
Tuesdays @ 6:30 p.m. (Open Commission)

About the PR Executive Commissioner
Hometown: West Fargo, ND
Major: New Media & Web Design with an Art minor
Favorite Hobby: I love to read a good book during my downtime
Favorite Thing About NDSU: I love how NDSU is a globally recognized institution in a small-town friendly city
Why you chose NDSU: Growing up in the FM area, I always saw NDSU as a large presence in the community and my family. I was taught from a young age that NDSU was the place to be for college!
Why you are in Student Government: I love what Student Government does on behalf of students at NDSU. There is a lot of effort created by many of our students to improve campus. Many students do not know about services that Student Government provides them. I hope to expand student knowledge about all of the great Student Government programs and projects. In addition, a large portion of this effort goes unrecognized on a daily basis. I make it my job to ensure that students who put effort into their projects get the recognition they deserved.
Fun Fact: I have never actually seen Frozen, but I still quote it
