Universal Leaders Program

Universal Leaders is a reality-based leadership experience that allows students to experience the real world. Students are divided into competing teams to create a viable solution that can be quickly implemented and tested by business partners.

During the program, students are coached on their leadership effectiveness, their ability to lead others, and how to communicate like a professional. Students are also challenged through a project and weekly workshops to overcome personal obstacles to their leadership effectiveness and are provided with immediate feedback as to how they might improve their effectiveness as a leader.

Juniors through graduate students are encouraged to apply for this fiercely competitive program designed to push students to the highest levels of leadership and success. Weekly meetings feature experiential role-play situations, purposeful activities, and practical applications of leading a team. Students will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, meet and work with a mentor from the community, attend a leadership retreat, develop their leadership abilities and potential, and plan/execute a leadership-based campus event.

Universal Leaders is unlike any other leadership program.  If you're ready to take your leadership skills to a whole new level, you're ready to discover your true potential. Hit the "apply now" link below for the online application, and select an interview time.

Mission: To challenge students to reach their absolute highest potential as a leader

Graduates of the Universal Leaders Program are compelled to be the very best in their field by having leadership skills to advance their organization.
