We Take a Stand: Required Training for Incoming NDSU Students

Welcome to North Dakota State University!  An important part of becoming a member of the NDSU campus community is to complete the We Take a Stand training, a sexual violence prevention training for students.  All incoming and reactivating students are required to complete this program which focuses on interpersonal violence, sexual violence, stalking, and expectations for how everyone can play a part in making campus safer.

This requirement takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and it will cover material related to:

  • the prevalence of sexual violence
  • how to prevent sexual violence on our campus
  • how to safely intervene in situations where sexual violence may be committed
  • resources available to those who have experienced sexual violence

Spring 2018 semester training is located in Blackboard under Organizations.
