 Event Descriptions

NDSU Showcase, Memorial Union, Main Floor

Come and explore interactive displays that demonstrate NDSU's role as a student-focused, land grant, research university.  How does a tornado form?  Do you eat foods that are made in North Dakota?  Take your picture with Thundar!  These are a few of the events available at the NDSU Showcase.

NDSU Specialty Tours, Memorial Union, Main Floor

Join a current NDSU student as they share with you areas of interest across campus.  Featured walking tours will visit locations including the Living Learning Center, Wallman Wellness Center, Agricultural Experiment Station Greenhouse or the newly renovated Minard Hall. Memorial Union offices to visit include the Office of Multicultural Programs, Office of International Programs and the Memorial Union Gallery and Store.

Football Watch Party, Memorial Union, Great Plains Room

Join others in watching and supporting the Bison as they take on the Missouri State Bears.  Pre-game activities begin at noon with hotdogs and burgers for the first 200 people.  Color commentary, NDSU trivia, and prizes will keep you entertained!

Farewell Breakfast, Residence Dining Center

Close the weekend with breakfast with your son or daughter.  RSVP needed.  Tickets are $5.50 per family member.  NDSU students will use their meal plan and swipe their Bison Card, so please do not order a ticket for the NDSU student.
