Hosting an Affinity Dinner

Welcome Week 2020 will have optional programming that provides students with events and activities that increase a sense of belonging, safety, and inclusion on-campus.

One way that you/your organization/your Department can support belonging is by hosting an affinity dinner. What is an affinity dinner? Affinity dinners are gatherings from groups of people with common interests or identities.

Examples might include: Native American students, first-generation college students, students who live more than 300+ miles from NDSU, students with similar religious or spiritual beliefs, women in STEM etc.

These dinners will take place between 5:00-6:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 23rd. Please visit the submission page for additional information.
