The Wellness Center offers two sessions of intramural sports each semester. Each session holds a variety of sports/activities. Throughout the year the following sports may be offered:
- Flag Football
- Indoor Soccer
- Rock Climbing
- Floor Hockey

The NDSU Intramural Sports Handbook includes all policies and guidelines related to participation. It is required of all participants to follow these rules. Failure to abide may result in the forfeiture of games or removal from the sport.

"Before Your Next 'Shot": How alcohol impacts your game
Interested in earning 50% off your intramural registration? Through the Intramural Sports Program’s partnership with the Before One More campaign and NDSU's Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Prevention Programs, now you can. Attend the “Before Your Next Shot” session prior to the start of your Intramural Sport season and receive a coupon code for 50% off for your team when you register online at IM Leagues. Times and dates of the "Before Your Next Shot" sessions are listed below. All intramural sports are eligible for the 50% discount.

RSVP the names of your attending team members to Jonathan.Pavlicek@my.ndsu.edu before the day of the session you will be attending.
Teams are required to complete the 1 hour session with at least 50% of your team (i.e., teams of 14 need at least 7 to attend; teams of 5 need 3 to attend, etc.). Once your team members have completed the session, a coupon code will be sent via email to the team captain for 50% off team registration.
The purpose of this program is to increase knowledge of the effects of alcohol use, particularly the impact alcohol has on athletic performance, and help students make informed decisions when it comes to their own alcohol use. Participants will have the chance to discuss these issues with their peers in this student-led, interactive session.
