Group Exercise Instructors
Are you interested in working in an energetic and fun university environment?
The Group Exercise Instructor position is responsible for providing fun, effective and safe group exercise to members of the NDSU Wellness Center and our campus community.
We are currently searching for Group Exercise Instructors that are certified to teach in a variety of formats.

Instruct and manage group exercise classes in a positive and safe atmosphere for all participants. This includes meeting individual and group needs as determined by the GroupFIT instructor supervisor, as well as offering encouragement, instruction and creating a community taught classes.
Must be able to effectively lead participants through designated class and format, while adjusting and offering modifications to accommodate everyone. Also must be willing to enforce policy while maintaining a positive energy in each class.
All instructors must be CPR/AED certified within 30 days of hire and willing to obtain a national group exercise instructor certification within four months of hire. Some formats may require specialty certifications.
Instructors must demonstrate commitment to the Wellness Center mission and vision, demonstrate quality customer service and recognize/prevent safety hazards.
