Yoga and meditation can be helpful tools in cultivating resilience physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mind & Body is a class compromised of 30 minutes of Yoga for all fitness levels, followed by 30 minutes of guided de-stress exercises. In this six-week series you will 1) Cultivate community 2) Calm the nervous system 3) Learn Yoga and it's philosophy that supports resilience 3) Have group discussions and meditation after the movement.|
