Spring 2019 Offerings

BOOTCAMP is a 6 week progressive, high intensity workout.

This program utilizes intense sets of exercises and drills to create a powerful, dynamic workout. BOOTCAMP is great for improving cardiovascular fitness, achieving or maintaining healthy body weight, improving body composition, increasing strength, and improving athletic performance.
