Fall 2020 Offerings

Knockout Boxing will boost your cardio and build your upper body endurance in this high intensity interval training (HIIT) focused program. This 6 week program will use kick katas, predominantly front and side, to work cardio and build dynamic hip flexibility and strength. 

*This 6 week program will require extra practice time outside of class to master any techniques discussed and practiced in class. You will receive your own personal pair of boxing gloves and wraps as part of the program cost.
