We have multiple offerings for specialty programs throughout the year. These programs are designed to fit into your schedule, challenge you, and motivate your fitness goals. Get great personalized attention for better results. These are perfect for individuals who want to learn something new, immerse themselves in their practice, or take their workout to the next level.

Knockout Boxing


Open to all fitness levels, this class will get your blood pumping and adrenaline going! If you are looking for a high energy, fat burning and muscle toning experience, this is something you will want to try. Held in the Martial Arts studio, this class will incorporate various boxing moves using speedbags and punching bags among other equipment.
INSANITY

This high intensity interval training will get you to sweat! With a variety of cardio and muscle strengthening moves, INSANITY will get your heart rate up. INSANITY works every muscle group in the body, along with an incorporation of conditioning exercises.
Paddle Board Yoga

Take your love for yoga to the next level by moving it to the water! This class takes place in Aquatics where you will practice various yoga poses over the water on a paddleboard. Improve your balance as well as flexibility.
TRX Circuit                                        

Tired of the same old workout routine? Looking for something new that will guarantee results? TRX Circuit is the class for you! This FocusedFIT class offers a core-powered, total body strengthening workout relying mostly on your body weight! You can expect to improve your balance and flexibility while definitely breaking a sweat, toning muscles, and burning tons of calories in a fun and non-conventional way!

Boga Fit Take your regular workout to the next level with Boga Fit! This is a water-based class that uses a BogaBoard© as the surface for your workout. Increase balance, tone and sculpt with this new style of exercise. If you're bored with your normal workout routine and want something to change it up, BogaFit is a great way to do this!
Boot campWant a workout that will push you and challenge you like never before? Like the name suggests, boot camp is a great class to get a solid workout in for the day. This class will incorporate strength, toning, and cardio. You’ll get a full body workout while shredding away the calories.
