With approximately 50 hours of classes offered each week, we always have something available to add to your schedule. Taught by trained instructors, our classes are a perfect fit for all levels of fitness. Check out our weekly schedule below.

Group Exercise classes are free to all Wellness Center members. Class passes must be picked up at the customer service desk. Class passes are distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Passes are not used for cycling classes.
- Guest(s) must be accompanied by current paying member in order to purchase a guest pass.
- Guest passes are available for $5/person .
- Must be 18 years + and Photo ID (drivers license) required for all guests.
