All small group training sessions are held in the Martial Arts Studio and are $50/person.

Invigorate your current workout routine by kicking it up to the next level in this four-week small group training offering. Learn proper progression, form focus and how to incorporate full body movement as you establish an individualized functional training program. In this training class you will have the direction of a personal trainer to help with consistent progress through varied and unique exercises that will improve your cardio and strength levels.
