  • Linda (Koushkouski) Kraemer, 68, BS ’73 food and nutrition, was a homemaker and mother of six children. She lived in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
  • Karen (Preskey) Glover, 36, BS ’07 biotechnology, BA ’07, Spanish, PhD ’18, biochemistry, was research and development scientist at Aldevron, Fargo. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ethiopia for two years. She was a founding member of Nerd Nite Fargo. She lived in West Fargo.
  • Jerome Ahlberg, 76, BS ’66 mathematics, MEd ’73, educational administration, taught and coached at Finley, North Dakota, was principal at Drake, North Dakota, and superintendent at Minnewaukan, North Dakota. He worked for a time in insurance and banking before returning to education at Fessenden-Bowden School. He lived in Fargo and Fessenden, North Dakota.
  • James Rogne, 75, BS ’66 chemistry, worked at Medtronic Inc. in the pacing and heart valve divisions for 28 years as a director of quality assurance. He was honored with the company’s Star of Excellence Award. He lived in St. Paul, Minnesota.
  • Charles Hobbis, 88, BS ’51 electrical and electronic engineering, was employed for 37 years at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in the development of various radio circuitry and frequency distribution systems for shipboard communications. He lived in Springfield, Virginia.
  • Erin (O’Brien) Wooten, 62, Diploma ’90 Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing, worked for the Bismarck police department as an officer, canine handler and accident investigator for eight years. She then worked as a registered nurse at Medcenter One and as a travelling nurse anesthetist. She was a Marine Corps veteran who lived in Bismarck, North Dakota.
  • Aristides Sideropoulos, 83, MS ’63 bacteriology, first taught at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and then taught microbiology in the Department of Biological Sciences at Duquesne University for 21 years, retiring in 1998 as a full professor. He lived in Pittsburgh.
  • Joseph Haag, 82, MS ’75 educational administration, was an English teacher for two years in Williston, North Dakota, and for 27 years at Bismarck, North Dakota, High School. He retired in 1994. He was an Army veteran who served in Korea. He lived in Bismarck,
  • Herbert Reimer, 82, BS ’63 civil engineering, was the former city engineer in Moorhead, Minnesota, retiring in 2000. He lived in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
  • Thomas Melin, 68, BS ’72 agricultural economics, MS ’85, agricultural education, worked for the University of Minnesota Extension Service 4-H youth development for 30 years retiring as a professor emeritus. He served on the Ada-Borup school board for 14 years and was a volunteer fire fighter for 20 years. He lived in Ada, Minnesota.
