  • Andrew Lindvig, 89, BS ’54 economics, worked first for the Ford Motor Co, and later joined NDSU as an assistant registrar, a position he held for 23 years. He lived in Fargo and spent summers in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
  • Robert J. Lerner, 90, MEd ’78 educational administration, was a career Air Force fighter pilot who served during the Korean War. He later became a drug and alcohol addiction counselor. He lived in Grand Junction, Colorado. 
  • Corman Bean, 94, BS ’46, MS ’47 chemistry, worked for Standard Oil and Dow Chemical. During World War II, he was a navigator on a B-24 Liberator that was shot down over Germany. He was a prisoner of war for eight months. He lived in Bloomfield Township, Michigan.
  • Bradley Scott, 59, BS ’80 agricultural economics, was a banker with Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank and Bismarck National Bank. He later founded Scott Financial Corp., and built a private bank. He lived in Bismarck, North Dakota.
  • Gaylen (Sanderson) Dokken, 79, BS ’41 history,taught in several school districts including Crosby, North Dakota; Minot Air Force Base; St. Anthony’s Middle School; and Fargo Public Schools. She lived in West Fargo.
  • Ardel “Del” Olson, 72, BS ’68 pharmacy, was an Army veteran who lived in Spokane, Washington.
