Class Notes


  • Casey Baker, BS ’09 management information systems, joined Sundog Fargo as a software engineer.
  • Anna-Louise Sholl, BS ’08 business administration, joined Beyond Realty in Fargo. She specializes in residential real estate.
  • Mark Shaul, BArch ’76 architecture, is set to retire in June from JLG Architects, Fargo. Some of his notable projects include The Village Family Service Center, West Acres renovation and food court, NDSU Memorial Union, Concordia College Offutt School of Business and the Wellness Center at the University of Minnesota-Crookston.
  • Darren Neff, BS ’99 civil engineering, joined Heyer Engineering as a senior structural engineer. He previously worked at EAPC Architects and Engineers in Fargo as the structural engineering department manager.
  • Brendan Skime, BS ’16 sport management, finished second in the Fargo Marathon men’s 10K. He lives in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
  • Laura Januszewski, BS ’09 marketing, management, won the Fargo Marathon women’s 10K. She lives in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota.
  • Michael D. Benson, BS ’13 physical education, MS ’15, health, nutrition and exercise science, accepted the West Fargo head girls basketball coaching position. He is a physical education teacher at West Fargo’s Liberty Middle School.
  • Arlin Fisher, BS ’91 business administration, economics, MBA ’96, business administration, joined Park Co. Realtors in Fargo. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
  • Natalie Aughinbaugh, DNP ’15 advanced nursing practice, joined the Family Medicine Department at the Essentia Health 52nd Avenue Clinic in Fargo. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
  • Casey Hoover, BS ’02, MS ’06 nursing, joined Rejuv in Fargo. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has worked in women’s health since 2008.
