Distribution: Eastern temperate North America, westward to the
Rockies in the North.
Hosts: Records include both woody and non-woody plants: Acer--
maples, Betula-- birch, Spirea-- meadowsweet, Taraxacum--dandelion,
and Vaccinium-- blueberry.
