I have been part of North Dakota State University since 2000 and have served full-time as Associate Director of the North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station since 2022. In this role, I support faculty and staff in advancing their research, foster productivity, and build strategic partnerships across campus and with external stakeholders. My responsibilities include guiding human capital efforts, strengthening graduate student success, managing funding allocations, and ensuring grants compliance, while enhancing the visibility and impact of NDAES on North Dakota’s agriculture, food systems, and natural resources. I also contribute to national initiatives through AgInnovation, administer USDA-NIFA capacity funds, and oversee key service units such as AgData Analytics, the FEWS Initiative, and NDSU Agriculture’s facilities.
