Klai Hall is located in downtown Fargo at 711 2nd Ave. N. The former office space of Lincoln Mutual Insurance was transformed in fall 2008 into a state-of-the-art facility for the Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Klai Hall features studios, classrooms, a model shop, computer lab, laser-cutting facilities and a library for the School of Design, Architecture and Art.
