Some students likely rate the faculty based on who they like and don't--so, hey, it's cool our faculty are liked.

Some students likely rate based on what they feel they've learned. AND HERE, it’s no popularity contest. The faculty routinely study, and discuss together, program learning objectives, courses and course objectives, pedagogy, how to assess learning and more.
