Initiatives like our AgCountry Farm Fellows Program create a direct pipeline of skilled individuals, while our support for the AgCountry Endowed Chair in Agribusiness and the Center for Trading & Risk advances vital industry expertise. Furthermore, contributing to key campus resources, from the Barry Hall AgCountry Auditorium to the Peltier Complex and Harvest Bowl, reinforces our deep connection to the NDSU students.

Sanford Health Fargo has proudly partnered with NDSU to support training, internships, research initiatives and health care career exploration. We offer the essential clinical hours students need to graduate and earn licensure within our clinics and hospitals. To further support their learning and integration into patient care, we invested in the Aldevron Tower on the NDSU campus, providing students access to modern learning spaces, simulation labs and hands-on, collaborative experiences in nursing and allied health fields. Through these efforts with NDSU, we are building a well-prepared pipeline of local health care professionals, strengthening our workforce and enhancing our ability to deliver advanced, high-quality services close to home.
