You Belong Here is an online orientation that provides foundational information that every incoming student should have for a successful start at NDSU. All incoming students are required to complete it before registering for classes.  Completion requires submission of the post-orientation survey at the end of You Belong Here.

  • Get informed about course enrollment and academics.
  • Gain information about paying for college.
  • Learn how to develop and maintain well-being as a college student. 

First, be sure to activate your NDSU electronic ID.  Admitted students must use the student login button using their NDSU electronic ID. 

Your family and friends may also complete You Belong Here by using the guest login.  This will help them be well-informed and involved in supporting your success.
