Grammia gibsoni McDunnough 1937

Common name: Listed here as 'Gibson's tiger moth.'

Hodges #: 8182 as Apantesis gibsoni McDunnough.

Identification: Rfw 15.7 mm, fw with at least two transverse lines, one proximal, one distal extending from costa to inner margin; hw pinkish orange, pro-tibia white dorsally.

Similar species: 8179, 8185, 8186, 8187, 8193.

Distribution: Western United States.

Hosts: not recorded, probably a variety of herbaceous plants.
