Identification: Rfw 15.9 mm, fw transverse lines not extending
below fold; hw yellow-orange, heavily infuscated, pro-tibia white
dorsally. In direct comparison, larger and 'stouter' than 8186.
Similar species: 8179, 8182,
Distribution: Canada, northern United States, southward in Rockies
Hosts: Larvae have been reared on Plantago-- plantain.
