Registration fee for each contestant is $12 and includes lunch. Meal tickets for coaches, advisors, and spectators are $12 each. Make checks payable to Mercer County 4-H Council. You will be given tickets when you pay for your registration. These tickets are required to get your judging cards and Scantron score sheets. The judging of livestock will take place at the fairgrounds in the hoop barns. Please dress accordingly. There is a walk from the high school to fairgrounds. No shuttle is provided. Reasons will be given at Beulah High School.To help us plan for each of the contests, please register your team (includes hippology and jr. 4-H agronomy) by February 18, at noon. You will need to sign in to your Judging Card account to register. You can make changes on Judging Card until registration closes. Livestock contestants will eat when they are done giving reasons.2 p.m. (Estimated time) Awards presentation begins at the high school gym. Age DivisionsCloverbuds – Cannot register on Judging Card and compete in the contest unless they are 8 years old (4-H age) by September 1, 2024. They can pick up a set of different colored judging cards at the livestock registration table to go through the contest and give reasons. Their cards will be hand scored.
