The Anxious Generation Book Study
The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt argues that the spread of smartphones, social media and overprotective parenting have led to a "rewiring" of childhood and a rise in mental illness. Haidt calls readers to action to change the way adolescents use phones and social media. In this four-session free book study, we will guide you in weekly discussions.
