Beef Quality Assurance Training | Logan County
Join us for this free event to learn about daily production practices that influence the safety, wholesomeness, and quality of beef and beef products.
Our trainers will share information about how to maximize consumer confidence in beef through the use of science, research, and education initiatives. We will be covering the benefits of the Beef Quality Assurance program (BQA), common-sense husbandry techniques, handling and stewardship, biosecurity, stress minimization for cattle, recordkeeping, and health product use and safety.
