Food safety is the number one priority when canning your produce. There are a few safe changes that can be made to tested canning recipes that we will share with you at this session. Join Sam Weidner, Ransom County Extension Agent, FCW, for this very important session on canning. Karen Blakeslee, Kansas State University Extension Associate, will lead the webinar on April 10.
There will be a hands-on activity as well as handouts and recipes.
Pre-register by calling 683-6128 or stop in our office on the lower level of the Ransom County Courthouse. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
