Head and Heart Resilience Camp

Registration opens March 1, 2026

For ages 8-12

Through fun and interactive activities, youth will explore positive ways to build resilience and manage stress. Youth will learn to recognize sources of stress and understand how stress feels in their bodies and minds. Campers will leave with greater confidence and practical tools to support their mental and emotional well-being.

Camp Dates

May 31, 2026 - June 4, 2026

Camps begin with check-in at 4 p.m. Central time and end at 11 a.m. Central time.

Cost

$375

A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required at online registration. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than two weeks before camp start date. The deposit is applied to the total camp fee and is non-refundable. Payments may be made online or by a check payable to North Dakota 4-H Camp.

A confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration. All correspondence will be through the email address you provide to UltraCamp when you set up your profile online.
