Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® is a FREE class series offered to improve balance, flexibility and mobility using slow, gentle movements.

Tai Ji Quan movements are used to improve balance, flexibility, mobility, strength, and stability. The movements are slow and gentle, allowing you to practice shifting your weight, improve posture, build strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence in your ability to move safely.
