Tri-County Fair Archery Contest | Logan, Emmons, McIntosh
Join us for the 12th annual Tri-County Fair Archery Contest!
This tournament will be split into 3 age divisions: beginners (8-10 years), juniors (11-13 years), and seniors (14-18 years). Archers will have the opportunity to compete in either barebow or freestyle. No sights, releases, or stabilizers allowed. All barebow divisions will be using 80cm NASP face targets and shooting 30 arrows at 15 yards; senior freestyle competitors will shoot 30 arrows at 20 yards.
Important Reminders:
Time Limit: 5 minutes for each 5-arrow end
Equipment: Maximum draw weight of 55 lbs
Clothing: Closed-toed shoes are required. 4-H shirts are preferred. Please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
Consents: 4-H'ers without parents present must have their health forms with them. Archers must be trained in range commands and safety before coming to a match.
Who: All archers enrolled in a 4-H club in Emmons, Logan, or McIntosh counties
Where: Tri-County Fair Grounds, Wishek ND
Look for targets attached to a row of hay bales! The tournament is held at the southwest end of the golf course (red X on the map). The range will be one of the first things you see as you enter the fairgrounds.

Registration fees will be awarded as cash prizes; therefore, award amounts will depend on the number of participants. All archery participants will get a free ice cream ticket from Tri-County Fair Concessions.
