Enjoy this dip with your favorite vegetables or chips.

  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
Directions

Directions

Place beans in a small microwavable bowl; mash slightly with fork.

Stir in cheese and barbecue sauce. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir.

Microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until hot.

Serve with corn chips, bell pepper chunks or carrot slices.
