This is a special event where 4-H'ers are recognized for their growth throughout the year, volunteers/donors are shown gratitude for their investments in meetings/exhibits, and the community gets to see all our youth's hard work on display.We ask all 4-H youth to contribute at least one project. Members are awarded ribbons and monetary awards on exhibits that are registered and judged.Cloverbuds (under age eight before 9-1-25) don’t compete, but practice and participate. Their entries earn a ribbon and $2. They may also enter exhibits in the Tri-County Fair OPEN Show; however, they do not qualify for State Fair.Full 4-H members (age 8-18) may enter exhibits regardless of their club. They must have participated in a minimum of 5 events/meetings/practices. Any exhibits may be entered in the Tri-County Fair; however, only blue ribbon entries may be submitted to State Fair.For our veteran 4-H families, you may notice a few changes to FairEntry this year. We are requesting that each family sign up for 1 volunteer slot, and we strongly encourage your 4-H'er(s) to be involved with the volunteer assignment. To streamline fair logistics behind the scenes, we are also asking families whether they are interested in having their projects go to Tri-County Fair and State Fair at the time of entry. As always, please pay close attention to the State Fair guidelines. All members will be limited to 2 entries per class.
