  • The 2013-14 FREE Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be completed prior to submitting your summer school aid application. If you received federal aid during the 2013-2014 academic year, you have already fulfilled this requirement.
  • Summer award information will be sent to your NDSU e-mail address. NO PAPER AWARD INFORMATION WILL BE SENT.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for your award to be e-mailed to you, from the date your application is submitted. We appreciate your patience!
  • Please remember to update Campus Connection if you have a change of address or phone number!
  • Before submitting this form, be sure you print a copy for your records.

Refer to the online Summer Class Schedule when completing the Class #, Start Date, and End Date information for NDSU courses. Class # is NOT the catalog number (the "110" of ENGL 110), but rather a 4 or 5 digit ID# representing the course being taken. Please verify the accuracy of the information you enter below. Incorrect entries could delay your award.

Students must be enrolled at least half time to be eligible for Federal Direct Loans. Federal Pell Grants are available to students with remaining 2013-14 eligibility. Financial aid budgets and awards are based on your enrollment status as of 11:59 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014. Per federal regulations, no adjustments can be made for classes added after this date.


Note: Students enrolled less than half-time cannot receive aid to cover room, board, or personal expenses.

Report any scholarships, tuition waivers or other resources that you will receive for the summer semester below so they can be added to your award. Please notify Student Financial Services promptly if you become aware of any changes to the reported resource(s). We reserve the right to make adjustments based on additional information that becomes available such as notification from the department/donor, changes in your enrollment, failure to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress etc.
