We are thrilled to introduce the 2023-24 DEI Fellows Cohort! This community of SoDAA Students represent each Department in the School and also represents students from 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th years in the program!
SoDAA DEI Focus
The School of Design, Architecture and Art at North Dakota State University is home to students and faculty from many backgrounds, including a diversity of race, ethnicity, ability, socioeconomic status, age, religion, sexual orientation, values, and perspectives. We are dedicated to continually examining and improving our School culture and processes to ensure that we are a learning community where everyone is confident and inspired to be their authentic self.
Fellowship Overview
The SoDAA DEI Fellows program provides a learning and experience platform along with a fiscal award for students to play a meaningful and active role in School-wide DEI Initiatives. Fellows in this role advocate for their student peers and participate in the development of programming, education opportunities and directly part of SoDAA strategic planning in creating healthy learning cultures across the School.
