Jane Schuh, assistant dean of the College of Agriculture, Food Systems and Natural Resources, is chair of the search committee for NDSU’s director of athletics.
Committee members are:

- Sam Markell, associate professor of plant pathology, former athlete and faculty athletics advisory committee
- Margaret Fitzgerald, interim chair of the Department of Health, Nutrition and Exercise Sciences
- Paul Bougie, president of the Team Makers Association
- Jobey Lichtblau, director of admissions
- Casey Peterson, director of Student Success Programs
- Colleen Heimstead, associate director of athletics for compliance
- Emma Kusick, student athlete, women’s golf
- Christian Dudzik, student athlete, football
